Small, independent Accounting Firm is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper that understands QuickBooks Desktop and Online versions. Good with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be comfortable contacting customers via phone and email. Maintain customer confidentiality.

Position is on-site in Mesa Arizona. Can work from home after several months on the job; or combination of remote/on-site after several months on the job.

20 hours/week at $22/hour

A small Health and Wellness clinic and spa is looking for a licensed Cosmetologists for hair styling, coloring, braiding, highlighting, nails, mani/pedis, and waxing services. Must have excellent customer care skills and a license. You must be passionate in elevating your clients' overall wellness and experience. Must follow HIPAA standards and guidelines. This is 4-8 hours a day, 18-32 hrs a week position with possibility for commission income. This could be day, evening and/or weekend shifts. Note: This is a Female Veteran owned Women's health and wellness clinic and spa. They work with veterans and low income clientele providing Women's health and wellness services that go above and beyond standard practices.

A small Health and Wellness clinic is looking for a Shift Manager to perform daily office task in a medical office setting. Lead employees, manage equipment care and maintenance, coordinate print and social media advertising, facilitate staff schedules, maintain inventory, provide owner assistance with documentation for policy and regulatory standards, facilitate general office duties are completed as required, schedule and communicate with clients. Must follow HIPAA guidelines and standards, must have excellent customer care skills. This position is 4 to 6 hours a day 18-24 hours a week. There will be some day, evening and/or weekend shifts. Note: This is a Female Veteran owned Women's wellness clinic providing health and wellness services to Veterans and low income clientele that goes above and beyond standard care.
